Currently, our redevelopment efforts are focused on properties in Old Town/Chinatown and the Central Eastside of Portland, Oregon.
The Old Town/Chinatown neighborhood is at a critical point in its long and rich history. A strong and diverse community has come together in the last few years – perhaps in a way like no other time in its history.
The Central Eastside Urban Renewal Area is located along the eastbank of the Willamette River. This district is considered a key employment center for Central City, and urban renewal efforts are focused on creating and maintaining jobs in the area. (Source: PDC)
